???? ??????????????????????????????????……?Do not store your chocolate inside the fridge, the humidity results in condensation which ends up in sugar bloom.But unfortunately there aren't any substitutes for this. Some have tried using which makes it with toasted shredded filo pastry but the end result is simply not the exact same. Hope this help
